1 New chemical substances, biological agents and materials, polymers and plastics, packaging of perfumery and cosmetic products or their design with information in the state language.
2 Description of new chemical substances, biological agents and materials, polymers and plastics, components of perfumery and cosmetic products, indicating the scope of application and standards.
3 Safety certificate for new chemical substances, biological agents and materials, polymers and plastics, perfumery and cosmetic products, or a registration certificate in the country where the manufacturer is located.
4 Report of toxicological and hygienic assessment by an accredited laboratory (with attachment of the contract and invoice concluded with the laboratory complex).
